We understand that having a job upon release is a key factor in reducing recidivism. Unfortunately, we also understand that too often our clients have had to cut re-entry programs as budgets shrink. As part of a $12 Billion food services company we have expertise that we can share with offenders and help them set a new course in life. Thus, IN2WORK™ was born.

The goal of IN2WORK™ is to teach offenders the fundamentals of working in a food service environment to help them gain the skills, experiences and work ethic to prepare them to re-enter the work force upon release. IN2WORK™ combines classroom training with on-the-job experience in a food service and retail environment.
